Leading The Next Generation with Faith: My Journey with FGBMFAmerica

As the founder of SparkBridge Strategy, I’ve spent years coaching executives and inspiring leaders to unlock their potential. But my journey took a transformative turn when I joined Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship in America (FGBMFAmerica). This organization showed me how to blend my passion for leadership with my faith in Jesus Christ, creating a powerful impact in the marketplace.
From Strategy to Faith
Growing up in New Orleans and studying at Louisiana State University, I built a career centered on helping others succeed. Through SparkBridge Strategy, I’ve worked with leaders to navigate complex challenges, from startups to established businesses. But something was missing—a deeper purpose. When I discovered FGBMFAmerica, I found a community that shared my belief that faith and leadership go hand in hand. Their mission to reach men and women in the marketplace for Christ resonated with me, and I knew I had to get involved.
A Spark of Inspiration
One of my most memorable experiences with FGBMFAmerica was speaking at their Texas Men’s Advance in Grapevine. Sharing my story of how faith guided my career decisions was a game-changer. I saw men from all walks of life—entrepreneurs, employees, and retirees—connect over their shared desire to live out their faith in their work. The testimonials I heard that day, from business owners finding renewed purpose to young professionals embracing mentorship, reminded me why I do what I do. FGBMFAmerica creates spaces where these life-changing moments happen.
Bridging Faith and Business
Through my work with FGBMFAmerica, I’ve learned that leadership isn’t just about strategy—it’s about serving others with a servant’s heart. Whether I’m coaching a CEO or organizing a chapter event, I strive to reflect the values of integrity, excellence, and evangelism that FGBMFAmerica champions. My role as a speaker and chapter member has allowed me to connect with like-minded professionals, sharing stories of how God works in boardrooms and beyond. It’s a privilege to mentor others, just as I’ve been mentored through this fellowship.
